Each student will learn how to temper white chocolate, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate for the perfect shine and snap!  Demonstration includes tempering chocolate, chocolate ganache recipes, and the formation of rolled and molded truffles, bars, and chocolate lollipops. 

 

This class is part demonstration and part hands-on.

Each student can expect to take home several boxes of truffles and chocolates. 

Cancellation Policy: Should the bakery need to cancel class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.

If clients are canceling or not able to attend tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Tickets can be transferred to another client and we encourage clients to find their own spot replacements.
