Learn how to work with couverture chocolate! In this class we will be making molded and dipped truffles. At the end of the class you will be able to fill your own heart shaped truffle box to give as a gift to someone you love!
Cancellation Policy: Should we need to cancel class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.
